Ish isfive times distilled in a traditional pot still in the heart of London. The highest quality English grain spirit is used along with twelve botanicals:
Juniper, coriander seed and angelica root blended with almond, orris root, nutmeg, cinnamon, cassia, liquorice, lemon peel and orange peel. The botanicals

Only the finest golden rye, grown naturally in the Podlasie countryside, is used to produce Chopin Rye. There are no secrets and no additives – just rye, yeast and purified well water, which are transformed into premium vodka through a method that has changed little over the centuries, including the use of a traditional copper column still.

Harvested locally and stored in silos at the historic Chopin distillery, the rye is first pressure-cooked to create a “mash.” The mash is left to ferment for three days, then distilled four times to create a spirit that is almost 100% alcohol. At Chopin’s bottling plant in nearby Siedlce, this spirit is blended with artesian well water and filtered five times to create the world’s finest rye vodka. Packaged in the iconic frosted bottle that bears the image of the brand’s inspiration, Polish composer Frederic Chopin, it is topped with a distinctive red label that distinguishes it as Chopin Rye.

Knob Creek bourbon was created in the style of turn of the century bourbon. Knob Creek embodies the bold flavor that has made Kentucky famous for bourbon. Aged the longest of the Small Batch Bourbons – 9 years – in charred American white oak, it strikes the senses with a maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and rich, full-bodied flavor.

Knob Creek Bourbon was named after a little creek that runs just south of the distillery, the same creek that ran by Abraham Lincoln's childhood home. Booker Noe, 6th generation Beam and master distiller emeritus created Knob Creek to reflect the strength, flavor, care, and patience that defined pre-prohibition bourbon. The bottle embodies the handmade look and feel of the turn-of-the century bourbon as well. It is reminiscent of a bootlegger's flask with newspaper scrawled on the label, harkening back to the decade's old custom of wrapping bottles in newspaper at the distillery.

Connoisseurs of Chivas Regal have long appreciated the rich and generous style of Chivas Regal 12 Year Old. This is reflected in Chivas Regal 18 Year Old, which is also characterised by a deep, dark, mellow complexity of the special older whiskies selected for this 18 Year Old blend.

Chivas Regal 18 Year Old is the personal creation of the Master Blender, Colin Scott. Every cask of Scotch whisky selected has been carefully selected from very old and precious stocks aged for a minimum of 18 years, including some whiskies that are now exceedingly rare. The quantity of Chivas Regal 18 Year Old that can be produced in any year is therefore necessarily limited. Each bottle bears its own unique serial number. This means that each bottle can be traced back to one particular blending and from there, back through the years in cask, to the distillations that first gave it life.

In order to create "Seleccion de Maestros", the Maestros Roneros select together the finest aged rums that one by one had been put aside for their truly exceptional quality.

Afterwards, these prestige hand picked rums are blended, then put to age again in specially selected barrels, each chosen for the powerful, aromatic potential of the wood, in which they will develop their character and intensity.

At the end of this final stage in the ageing process, the Maestros Roneros get together to select the rums that will compose the final blend, which will be bottled straight from the barrel at 45% proof. This unique finishing process, the "Cuban Barrel Proof", gives the rum its unequalled aromatic bouquet and an exceptional quality.

Already recognized as a high-quality, ultra-premium rum, Seleccion de Maestros has been awarded a Gold medal by three of the world's most influential spirits competitions: the San Francisco World Spirits Award, the Beverage Testing Institutes International Review of Spirits and the International Wine and Spirit Competition.

The life of Strega Liqueur began in 1860 evoking the old legend that places the city of Benevento as the former seat of witches’ rites. The liqueur gets its characteristic yellow colour from the preciousSaffron that is added to the herb distillate.
Strega liqueur is aged in ash barrels over a long period of time to ensure a perfect blending of the different aromas. The resulting distillate is 40% proof and only after the ageing process is the liqueur bottled and distributed all over the world.

Basil Hayden's is unequalled in that it utilizes twice as much rye in it as the other bourbons in the Collection. Enriched by a hint of peppermint, it impresses with notes of pepper balanced by slight citrus overtones, and a spicy, warming finish. Aged eight years at a relatively mild 80 proof, Basil Hayden's has a broad appeal and is equally enjoyable alone or in cocktails such as a Juicy Basil and Basil Bubbly.

The eponymous Basil Hayden's® Bourbon dates back to 1796, when Master Distiller Basil Hayden Sr. created a recipe unlike any other. He used a traditional corn base, but mixed in small grains in his mash to capture the spicy flavor of rye and complement the sweet smoothness of corn. More than 200 years later, Basil Hayden's is a singular bourbon that bridges the flavor of rye whiskies and small batch bourbons together.

100% Agave Reposado tequila from Jalisco, Mexico aged in used bourbon barrels for up to six months.
Agave Loco is a tequila that is smoother and more flavorful than any other tequila on the market because it has been "Pepper Cured", a curing process that was discovered by looking for the most interesting tequila from Mexico. The benefits of this process are that it takes all the rough edges off the taste of the tequila and gives a full Jalapeno and Serrano pepper flavor.

The legend has it that a man found a jar of peppers in the back room of his grandmothers home, when he tried one he discovered a pepper with a flavor that was different than he had ever experienced before. The peppers had a zest and flavor that was very familiar to him but he could not place the taste. When he questioned his grandmother she told him that she preferred to preserve (Cure) her peppers in tequila rather than vinegar as is the norm. She felt that the tequila gave the peppers a sweet and spicy flavor that was to her liking.

At that time the man's uncle spoke up and stated that the tequila was better also and that he should try it. Upon drinking the tequila the man had to agree that it was the most flavorful tequila he had ever had.

The name “Old Tom Gin” comes from what may be the first example of a beverage vending machine in England.

Old Tom Gin is a botanically-intensive and lightly sweetened style of gin that was particularly popular in the 18th Century and was the Gin of Choice in the 19th Century.
The style of Old Tom is renown for its botanical intensity balanced by a light sweetness, which imparts a more complex experience than other styles of gin.
Old Tom Gin was traditionally made from grain spirit and distilled in a pot still with Juniper berries being the most dominant botanical in the recipe.
Juniper was seen as blind allegiance to William of Orange, King of England 1689-1702 who introduced England to Juniper- based Dutch Gin or “Genever”.

Distillation methods in the 18th Century did not produce a particularly clean or pure spirit and initially Old Tom Gin was lightly sweetened to mask any impurities.
In comparison to London Dry Gin, the Old Tom style delivers a more rounded taste experience with depth. The distinctive Old Tom Gin profile is the key ingredient in classic gin cocktails such as the Martinez, Tom Collins and Ramos Gin Fizz.

At Glen Garioch they take the maturation process very seriously. The quality of the casks is an essential ingredient in the recipe for producing only the finest of single malt whisky.

Each stage of the marriage adds distinct characteristics to the final single malt. Bourbon to soften and Sherry to add depth of flavour – fresh heather, poached pears and just a hint of oak.

Bottled exclusively from a dumping of 70 barrels or less, the brand carries the name of the Rev. Elijah Craig, the man who discovered the method of making true Kentucky Bourbon when he stored his wares in barrels that had been charred in a fire.
