CHOPIN RYE VODKA


Only the finest golden rye, grown naturally in the Podlasie countryside, is used to produce Chopin Rye. There are no secrets and no additives – just rye, yeast and purified well water, which are transformed into premium vodka through a method that has changed little over the centuries, including the use of a traditional copper column still.

Harvested locally and stored in silos at the historic Chopin distillery, the rye is first pressure-cooked to create a “mash.” The mash is left to ferment for three days, then distilled four times to create a spirit that is almost 100% alcohol. At Chopin’s bottling plant in nearby Siedlce, this spirit is blended with artesian well water and filtered five times to create the world’s finest rye vodka. Packaged in the iconic frosted bottle that bears the image of the brand’s inspiration, Polish composer Frederic Chopin, it is topped with a distinctive red label that distinguishes it as Chopin Rye.

Handmade from Arkansas soft red winter wheat. The company source the wheat from Terry Dabb’s farm in Stuttgart, Arkansas. They mill the wheat themselves, then cook, ferment and distill it 4 times in the copper pot still, all by hand, then carefully carbon filter and bottled also by hand. ABELHA 3YO GOLD CACHACA


Abelha Cachaca Gold is aged for 3 years in small 250 litre casks made from garapeira, a Brazilian Ash. This native species of wood does not change the character of the cachaca in the same way as an imported oak barrel - instead it imparts a unique honey and spiced note to the spirit. ANGOSTURA 1919 8YO RUM


Angostura 1919 is made in Tobago, Trinidad. It is made from a blend of light and heavy molasses-based rums aged for a minimum of 8 years in charred American oak bourbon barrels. It possesses a rich, golden-amber hue with excellent clarity. The rum exudes a complex bouquet brimming over with aromas of cocoa, molasses, caramel and vanilla, but the finish is all butterscotch. CAPROCK VODKA


CapRock Organic Vodka is a straight vodka made with Demeter-certified biodynamic grapes grown at the distillery on Jack Rabbit Hill. The grapes are using native yeasts that are naturally present on the grapes at harvest. Native yeasts-which form and exist naturally on healthy, clean grapes-produce higher concentrations of glycerol during fermentation than artificial fermentations. Glycerol is the stuff that makes CapRock's mouthfeel and finish so round and rich. Also, the grapes are fermented and distilled whole, including skins and seeds, contributing soft fruit tannins to the long, textured finish.

The liqueur is named after the Monks' Grande Chartreuse monastery, located in the Chartreuse Mountains in the general region of Grenoble in France. Knob Creek bourbon was created in the style of turn of the century bourbon. Knob Creek embodies the bold flavor that has made Kentucky famous for bourbon. Aged the longest of the Small Batch Bourbons – 9 years – in charred American white oak, it strikes the senses with a maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and rich, full-bodied flavor.

Knob Creek Bourbon was named after a little creek that runs just south of the distillery, the same creek that ran by Abraham Lincoln's childhood home. STREGA LIQUORE


The life of Strega Liqueur began in 1860 evoking the old legend that places the city of Benevento as the former seat of witches’ rites. It is stated, in fact, that witches, from all over the world, gathered at night around a magical walnut, and that they had created a magic potion that united forever couples that drank it.

Strega liqueur is one of the most famous Italian liqueurs , it is unique and unmistakable for its taste, thanks to the exclusive use of natural ingredients.
Its processing starts with the grinding of about 70 herbs and spices, they are being selected from all over the world, and each one of them has unique properties. Among these herbs we find Ceylon cinnamon, Florentine iris, Italian Apennine juniper, Samnite mint, which grows along the riverbanks in the whole region.
The liqueur gets its characteristic yellow colour from the preciousSaffron that is added to the herb distillate.
Strega liqueur is aged in ash barrels over a long period of time to ensure a perfect blending of the different aromas.The resulting distillate is 40% proof and only after the ageing process is the liqueur bottled and distributed all over the world.
