The care taken in producing Clase Azul Ultra reveals itself in sublime tasting experience. The essence of Clase Azul Ultra is enhanced by its complexity of aromas, robust and rich flavors. Clase azul Ultra is one of the finest tequila ever produced.
“Ultra” is one of the first Extra-Añejo tequila brands introduced to the world. Critics have said that this limited edition tequila answers the company’s promise and commitment to create a world-class tequila that far surpasses the expectations of the most sophisticated palates.
Clase Azul Ultra’s production time spans more than 13 years: from the time the agaves are first planted to the time it is bottled and released. Considering the quality of this tequila, the artisanal decanter and the time of production, it is no surprise that this is one of the most expensive tequilas on the market.
In 2007 Clase Azul Ultra was launched by the 100-percent Mexican-owned company Casa Tradición.

Galliano Ristretto is not just a coffee liqueur, it’s a piece of Italian craft.
Because Galliano Ristretto is not a coffee liquer, but an espresso liqueur two different types of coffee beans must be used. On top of this, Galliano Ristretto is the only espresso liqueur made using a variety of different coffee beans. A perfect balance between the strong, bitter Robusta beans from Kenya and India blended together with the creamy chocolate Arabica coffee beans from Brazil and Colombia.
With a production process involving five very distinct phases the process of creating Galliano Ristretto is complex but necessary. It is this attention to detail that allow the deep and intense flavours of Galliano Rsitretto to express themselves so fully.

Antica Formula is a red vermouth made from an original recipe by Antonio Benedetto Carpano, the man credited with creating modern vermouth in Turin in 1786. Carpano originally developed vermouth by mixing herbs with a base wine and then sweetening it by adding spirit. His new drink proved so popular that soon his shop had to stay open 24 hours a day to satisfy demand.
Carpano had been inspired by a German aromatised wine and was a fan of German poetry. As a result, he named his new product after the German word for wormwood, wermut, which was frequently used to flavour wine at the time.
Antica Formula is richer and more complex than most red vermouths and will make an excellent Bronx, Manhattan or Negroni.

Launched in 1987 Bombay Sapphire has a unique distillation process: There are only four Carterhead stills working in the world today and are distinctive to Bombay Sapphire.
Unlike other gins which boil their botanicals with the spirit, the Bombay spirit is distilled alone. To achieve the unique flavour, the spirit passes through the botanicals in vapour form. This allows each delicate aroma to be fully absorbed. The result is a complex, yet subtle taste sensation.
Triple distilled, 100% neutral grain spirit is heated into vapour form. Vapour is sent through the rectifying column, unique to a Carterhead still. The baffle system, situated in the column, allows only the purest spirit to pass through.
Purified vapour passes through a copper basket containing 10 natural botanicals and absorbs their delicate flavours; Almonds from Spain. Angelica (root) from Saxony. Lemon peel from Spain. Coriander (seeds) from Morocco. Liquorice from China. Cassia Bark from Indo-China. Juniper Berries from Italy. Cubeb Berries from Java. Orris (iris root) from Italy. Grains of Paradise from West Africa. The vapour is turned into liquid and received into a spirit safe as Bombay Sapphire.
The selection and balance of their botanicals is based on a recipe dating from 1761. The selection of botanicals used to create Bombay Sapphire is an extensive process with no expense is spared.
Bombay Sapphire is blended with pure water from Lake Vyrnwy and bottled.

Glenfiddich 1978 Vintage Reserve was selected on 9th October 2010 by a global panel, with a nosing and tasting conducted live via the microblogging site, Twitter.
The very first of its kind, this groundbreaking virtual selection was Glenfiddich Malt Master, Brian Kinsman's inaugural Vintage Reserve selection. After two hours of tweeted discussion, in front of an online audience, cask number 28152 was selected from a shortlist of four American oak hogshead casks, all filled within minutes of each other, from the same batch, on 25th September 1978.
In nosing and tasting samples of the four diverse whiskies, the panel of whisky bloggers from around the world was able to explore first hand the enormous impact oak has on the maturation process and see for themselves how each cask imbues the whisky with its own unique character.

Brian Kinsman commented: "It was truly exciting to be part of such a pioneering process. To have an expert selection panel, based all over the world, meet virtually, in real time, for a nosing and tasting was fantastic. Tweeting seemed to help people refine their thoughts and impressions of the key aromas and tastes they picked up on. I'm delighted that cask number 28152 has been selected as the 2010 Vintage Reserve; it is an exceptional single malt with classic Glenfiddich fruit characteristics on the nose."

CanaRio comes from the house of Fazenda Soledade in Rio state, a Brazilian family enterprise established in 1827, and has been producing premium cachaça ever since. CanaRio Cachaça is produced using the elaborate, and for cachaça unusual, method of double distillation in copper pot stills. Only fresh sugar-cane juice is used for producing CanaRio Cachaça. The sugar-cane fields lie at an altitude of 800 m in the mountains of São Fidelis. This region is famous for its individual and specialised cultivation of sugar-cane. After around one year of growth, the select, fresh sugar cane is harvested by hand. The heart of the sugar cane is carefully separated from the rest for the distillation process and pressed to produce sugar-cane juice within 24 hours. The importance of the pure, clear, soft water from the distillery’s own well for both the fermentation process and the ultimate quality of the product should not be underestimated.

The main ingredients in Absolut Grapevine are Absolut Vodka and white grapes, Dragon fruit and papaya flavor. Absolut Vodka is made from water and winter wheat. The water comes from a deep well in Åhus where it’s protected from impurities. The winter wheat is also grown in Åhus and differs from other crops: it’s sown one fall, and harvested the next one. Days in between it grows under the Swedish snow developing its hard grain. Also, the use of fertilizers is minimized. Of course, the white grapes, dragon fruit and papaya are as natural as the rest of the ingredients.
